Uninstructed Open Studio Sundays 9am-9pm!!
Instruction in hand-building techniques and a selection of hand building molds as well as a slab roller for you to use!
Instruction is offered Monday through Friday 9:30am-1pm and 6-9pm. Students arrive at a time that works for their schedule and stay for the length of time that works for them.
$190 is the fee for 8 studio sessions/lessons either with instruction or during Open Studio Sundays 9am-9pm. These sessions do not have to be used consecutively, or within one month.
$240 is the fee for 6 studio sessions for two people that attend class together. Couples, family members, or friends can take advantage of our lowest rate!
For the first 8 individual or 6 couple sessions the studio provides the clay used during lessons. If students take advantage of Open Studio Sundays they use their own bag of Cone 5/6 clay which can be purchased at Georgies Ceramics, or at Greentree Studio. After the initial round of classes students use their own bag of clay during lessons. After the initial round of classes students either buy one pint of Cone 5/6 glaze or donate $15 towards the purchase of glaze each time they purchase 8 or 6 more classes.
90 Minute Pottery Experience!! Text Karen @ 971 330 9608 to schedule a 90 minute pottery wheel experience with instruction! You will create two pieces which are fired for you in a color of your choice! The cost is $75 per person. Time can be scheduled for you or your group on Fridays between 2-9pm or Saturdays between 4:30-9pm.
Birthday parties for kids include one hour on the wheel with instruction, 30 minutes for cake and presents $50 per child.

In this on-going, drop-In Saturday class students receive instruction and create using clay,by throwing on the pottery wheel, or sculpting and using coil and slab hand building techniques. Bring your ideas and creativity and enjoy making art in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

About The Teachers
Karen has enjoyed sharing her love of visual art with students both in Denver, Colorado and Lake Oswego, Oregon. She was an instructor of youth at the Art Students League of Denver for many years, as well as a teacher of ceramics, fine art, and art history at Regis Jesuit High School, Girls Division.
Since relocating to Lake Oswego in 2014, she has taught students privately at Greentree Art Studio and has been a substitute teacher in the Lake Oswego School District.
As an artist, Karen’s artwork has been included in many exhibitions including the Art of the State Juried Exhibition, Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, All Colorado Exhibition, 2013 Myhren Gallery, University of Denver Juried Alumni Show, 52nd International Juried Exhibition of Contemporary Art, Chautauqua Institution, New York, and Texas National Juried Exhibition, Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas.
Eryn Tomlinson is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and a mom to 8 year old Aura, and miniature daschund Sadie. She loves sharing her love of art with children!
